Throughout the site survey and interviewing with the workers, we have established a unique design strategy for this project. Creating a collaborative work space that works for this unique client; A transformation from industrial area to vibrant community.  On the last floor, a “Non-working” place has been considered. It reflects the idea of “live life well” and we named it “The Canopy”. Through this journey, you will experience a “Semi-Tech” to “No-Tech” area, including social place such as café & bar, library, yoga place to deep-retreat and meditation zone.

This 210 unit condominium is located in Chicago. It has a variety of design styles, minimal to contemporary from suites to amenities, such as lobby, gym and party room. As a part of our job, we give options to our client, for the suites colour scheme.
